Welcome to New Student Orientation

Orientation at UNC Asheville is the first and most important step in becoming a UNC Asheville student and is required for student success at UNC Asheville. At orientation, new students learn about academic advising, registering for classes, campus resources, and much more. Each orientation session is packed with fun activities and chances to meet other new students.

Orientation has three distinct programs: embark, pre-rendezblue, and rendezblue.  New students are invited to participate in all three programs.  For more in-depth information on each program, please select the tabs to the right.
