Highsmith Union, Alumni Hall
Check-in will open at 8:00 a.m. in the Highsmith Union-Alumni Hall(building #6 on the campus map).
Early registration form for the January 11,2019 embark Orientation session is now closed. We will be accepting on-site registrations for both students and parents/family members during check-in on the morning of January 11, 2019. The cost of parents and family members to attend embark is $25.00.

Important Information for On-Campus Students Who Register for January's embark Orientation Session
If you have registered to attend the embark Orientation session on Friday, January 11th and you have an on-campus housing assignment for the 2018-19 academic year, you will need to make plans to move into your residence hall on Thursday, January 10th.
If you are living on-campus, you will need to complete the early arrival agreement form ASAP in order to move-in your residence hall on Thursday, January 10th.
To do this, log into your OnePort account and select the Housing Portal.
Once there, go to menu item titled “Forms and Agreements” and select "Early Arrivals & Late Stay Requests" to access the early arrival form.
Completing this form alerts our Housing Office to your need to move-in on that day.
