We realize that your transition may extend beyond our campus and into the local community. With that in mind, we have compiled a list of various companies that provide living amenities for Asheville City residents.
The Office of Residential Education and Housing & Student Life Operations offers non-residential student resources for those that will be living off-campus including a list of housing complexes in the Asheville area. Keep in mind that there will also be new apartment style residence halls opening in fall 2018!
UNC Asheville does not endorse any service or business over another; these are simply options available for your own choosing in the Asheville area.
Office of Off-Campus Student Programs
We are excited to partner with the Office of Off-Campus Student Programs where you will find information on how to get involved on campus, where to find off-campus discounts with your OneCard, FAQs for off-campus students, and much more!
Living off campus does not mean you are not a part of the UNC Asheville campus community. Most on-campus programs and activities are designed for the entire campus, including staff and faculty, as well as students-- make the most of what UNC Asheville has to offer!
